Adam Lambert is a veteran of the stage (Upright Caberet, cast of Wicked), he's unapologetically campy, he's pretty as hell, and he wears his punk hair and guyliner like a freakin' pro. (Could he BE any more my type?!??!)

Am I nuts to consider driving 4 hours to participate in a total cattle call? Standing in a big smelly mass of crazy humanity for hours to get the chance to sing for 20 seconds for a producer who will pass me over for a weird guy in sequins who rides on a scooter while he sings?
